案例设想：
在小学英语教学中，常常会遇到很多棘手的问题：特别是在我们农村小学，因为少数学生学习有困难，使得班级的整体教学工作不能顺利进行。因此，如何激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，如何培养学生实际运用语言的能力，让学生大胆的开口说英语，是我在新课改下需要认真思考的问题。我认为，在课堂教学环境中，采用学生喜欢的方式，如做游戏、唱歌、朗读歌谣、讲故事、自编自演课本剧等，能激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣。尤其是根据小学生的心理特点，创设一种贴近真实生活的交际情境，更能激发起学生参与的兴趣。要使每个学生都有参与和交流的机会，我们教师就必须给学生创设丰富的、有趣的、贴近真实生活的交流情境。在交流活动中，学生主动运用英语的意识和英语的口语能力都得到了提升。

根据园本特色我们将在区域活动中追踪培养幼儿交往能力的发展
活动一：班级区域中的交往能力培养。
观察区域活动中幼儿及交往能力的发展，并填写区域活动记录表：
A、我园根据幼儿年龄特点，每班设置5种以上的区域活动，幼儿可根据自己的喜好选择喜欢的区域活动。
B、在班级区域活动的设计中，教师会不定期的更换区域材料或投放新的材料。
C、在区域活动中，教师作为活动的支持者引导者，鼓励幼儿积极创新、大胆讲述自己对区域工作的独到见解。
D、在区域中，幼儿可采用流动时方法，进行互换交流培养，例：体验厨房榨的果汁，可送到娃娃家等。
E、在区域中孩子的合作意识、团结意识、也得到了提升和发展，并能在日常活动中，更好地与同伴相处。
小结:通过班级区域活动的开展为幼儿提供了宽松适宜的环境，我们发现幼儿的交往能力有很大的提高，幼儿对区域活动兴趣极高，从被动的交往到幼儿之间主动的交往。
活动二：园所公共区域的培养
A、我园对幼儿开放20多种公共区域。内容包含：图书区、棋区、创意画室、医院、话剧馆等，供孩子自由选择。
B、分年龄段进行公共区域活动，更好地促进了除本班幼儿，幼儿与同年龄段幼儿进行语言及各种交往能力的培养。
C、混龄段开放区域活动，更好地进行了大带小活动，帮助了幼小年龄段幼儿更好的语言及行为能力的交往能力的培养。。
小结:园所公共区域的培养扩大了幼儿之间的交往，对幼儿之间的交往是一种提升。
2、在日常生活中培养幼儿的交往能力，从以下几方面入手：
(1)、教育活动。采用集体教育活动的形式，有目的、有计划地利用故事、儿歌、讲述、谈话、表演等手段，向幼儿介绍有关社会交往的知识，教给交往的方法，创造交往的机会，指导幼儿进行交往，使幼儿建立交往的意识，形成积极的交往态度，初步学习交往的策略。如在美术活动《好玩的泥》中让幼儿合作完成一件作品;语言活动《小猴过生日》，音乐活动《我们合作来跳舞》等等，培养幼儿团结友爱、合作游戏的好品质，学会合作的方法。
(2、)生活活动。生活活动中发生的交往是真实的、自然的。如洗手、喝水、上厕所等是否按顺序进行，不抢先、不挤别人;当同伴遇到困难时，是否主动用动作、语言帮助他。
(3、)在家庭生活中培养幼儿的交往能力，《纲要》指出：教师和家长是幼儿社会学习的重要影响，教师和家长的言行举止直接、间接地影响幼儿，过程他们学习的榜样。因此家长应以身作则重视自己与他人的交往，为孩子树立一个良好的榜样。
(4、)在游戏中培养有的交往能力。游戏能最大限度满足幼儿内在需要，是促进幼儿社会的意识和交往的技能。游戏是幼儿的天性，是他们自愿的一种活动，在研究中，我们始终坚持“以游戏为幼儿和基本活动形式”，发现创造性游戏，特别是角色游戏是培养幼儿交往能力的有效途径。为此我们开设了“娃娃家、民俗茶吧、超市、书吧、各个悟益智区、美发店、医院”等等，在这些活动区中，幼儿充当了各种各样的角色，在这些角色中，幼儿去和不同身份的人进行交往，学会了合作、解决冲突的方法和良好的行为习惯。
3、注重家园配合，促进幼儿交往能力的发展。平时教师经常与家长联系，举办家长开放日活动、亲子游戏、元旦家长与孩子一起包饺子活动，使家长了解培养幼儿交往能力的重要性，以及培养幼儿交往能力的方式方法等，不断促进幼儿交往能力的发展。
在下一阶段的研究中，我们课题组成员将在现阶段的基础上，开展丰富的活动，进一步引导幼儿与同伴友好交往，提高幼儿的交往能力。
存在的困难及解决思路 1、对小年龄儿童进行个案观察培养时，幼儿往往不能够很好的配合，性格比较急躁，易哭闹，不能够很好地用语言进行交流解决问题。
2、对于个别性格有些自闭的幼儿，家长不能够尽早的认识，不愿意协助我们进行调查，不能够及时对幼儿进行语言等交往能力的培养
解决问题方法案：
1、细心、耐心的与幼儿沟通，帮助幼儿解决在生活中、活动中遇到的困难，成为 孩子的朋友。
2、帮助、引导孩子解决矛盾问题，让幼儿获得解决问题的经验和方法，从而更好的独立解决幼儿与幼儿之间，幼儿与家长之间、的矛盾问题。
3、对性格自闭的幼儿，开展个案追踪，调查分析的方法。
4、对个别自闭的幼儿，进行家访工作，细心与家长交谈，介绍相关育儿知识方面的书籍，促进家园共育的发展。

开始变得明确，但又好像缺少了那么一点深度和钻研的韧性。虽然实实在在的上过课，但也深知那了了的几堂课只能为我们带来短暂的喘息，在这个新的起点上，或许我应当抛开所有的包袱，抓住自己的信念，一步一个脚印地向前走。
