尊敬的重庆市人民政府、重庆市环保局： 我们是江津区白沙镇红花店村洞子上粮站的居民，全村居民生活非常愉快，鸟语花香，享受着快乐的日子。在近几年居民生活区搬来了一私人塑料加工厂，长期受到此厂带来的环境污染危害。针对此私人塑料加工厂提出几点违反相关法律行为：
1、该厂没有挂牌，夜间进行违法加工生产。
2、所做工种加工严重超标散发出刺鼻的有害气体，严重污染了居民生活空气质量，危害了儿童、老人以及常住居民的身体健康。(附近有三口小学几百学生，三口中学几百学生，有害气体给附近居民带来相关的疾病已有两个孩子得了绝症)
3、居民长期观察，生产后的污水未经处理，以“乌黑”状在夜晚流入长江支流卢溪河口，严重影响全城居民饮用水质量。
4、我们当地村民经常找加工厂反应交涉，找地方环保局也出面交涉，要求关闭加工厂，但都无效，只要村民去就关机器停工，等村民走了继续加工。现在主要是夜间加工，现在该加工厂老板开始找当地社会上的人拉拢反对村民进行搪塞封口。只要对身体有害的不健康的我们坚决不允许此厂继续开下去。都要保护我们共同的绿色家圆不是吗?可有的人不这样认为!只为自己的利益，不故他人!
