解题思路：
简单句
I like pizza.我喜欢比萨。
I like spaghetti.我喜欢意大利面。
可以看出，这两个相同的地方是I like，后面的两个词都是食物，所以我们可以把两句话变为：
I like pizza and spaghetti.
但这句话不是并列句，但还是简单句。
要变为并列句，应该是有两个句子，即
I like pizza and I like spaghetti.
由连词and连接两个句子。
注意：
