My Experience Participating in a School Activity
Last month, I had the opportunity to participate in a school activity called "Clean Campus Initiative". This initiative aimed to raise awareness about cleanliness and encourage students to take responsibility for maintaining a clean and tidy environment in our school. I would like to share my experience and the impact it had on me.
On the day of the activity, all students from different grades gathered in the school courtyard. We were divided into groups and assigned different areas of the campus to clean. Each group was provided with gloves, trash bags, and cleaning tools. I was assigned to clean the library area with a group of classmates.
As we started our task, I realized how much litter had accumulated in the library area. There were papers, wrappers, and even some broken stationery items scattered on the floor. It saddened me to see such a mess in a place that is supposed to be quiet and peaceful. However, instead of feeling demotivated, I felt determined to make a positive change.
My group and I worked together efficiently. We picked up the trash, swept the floor, and wiped the tables and shelves. We also rearranged the books and ensured they were in proper order. It was hard work, but we supported and encouraged each other throughout the process. It was great to see how teamwork and unity can make a difference.
By the end of the activity, the library area was transformed. It looked clean, organized, and inviting. Our school has various activities outside class.the activities begin at 4;20 and end at 5'20 everyday.the groups on different subjects including go out visit, sightseeing, speech contests, art festival, volunteer activities, sports meeting and so on.
Among them, I would like to take part in the sightseeing and art festival the most. Because the activities are wonderful.
