通知格式
通知是一种使用十分广泛的应用文体，上级机关对下级机关，平级机关之间或不相属的机关之间也可以使用。发通知的目的，主要在于使被通知对象了解或执行所要通知的意见和事项，因此要求通知的撰写应当把问题交代清楚，通知的目的、事项、任务、要求，具体如何输必须一一写明白；时间也要明确，切忌含糊笼统，更不能出差错。
一般而言，通知类型大体也有以下方面：
1、布置工作，
2、传达事项，
3、召开会议，
4、批转或转发有关文件。
在通知的格式上，一般分为三部分：
1、标题。写明通知的类型，如“关于召开运动会的通知”，“紧急会议通知”等等。
2、正文。例如布置工作的通知要求包括通知的目的、通知事项、执行要求三个方面。再如“会议通知”，除标题外还须包括被通知的人或单位、会议的名称、基本内容、开会的时间、地点及参加会议者的要求（要携带何种*件、物品等），各个事项必须交代清楚，语言简洁明了。
3、结尾。结尾部分包括发通知单位、日期。这两项内容不要连在一起写，要分两行写。
