时间总是匆匆而过，刚刚还沉浸在紧张的复习中，转眼又到了自我总结的时刻，回首一学期的工作，有过喜悦也有过遗憾，但看到自己的学生在失败与成功中不断摸索前进，心中还是倍感欣慰。现对本学期的工作做如下总结：
不能大胆自在的在课堂上发表自己的意见，每当老师提问时，举手回答问题的总是那么几位同学，如果叫没有举手的同学起来回答问题，他们的声音也很轻，在教室绝对安静的情况下，才有可能听到他们的回答。这是我们班级存在的一个大问题，需要解决这个问题。我在开学初制定的工作有以下几点：
1、重视养成教育：
养成良好的学习习惯和生活习惯，对学生的成长进步是十分必要的，良好的行为习惯使一个人的终生发展受益非浅。因此，在班级进行良好品德的养成教育是十分必要的。根据学生的思想实际情况，与学校的德育工作密切配合，本学期，将从不同的方面和角度对学生进行规律性的常规训练。重点落实好《小学生日常行为规范》，使学生逐步形成良好的道德品质，行为习惯，学习习惯和积极的学习态度，不使一个学生掉队
2、加强后进生管理：
面向全体学生，分类施教，加强对后进生的辅导，要从关心、爱护学生的角度出发，了解关心学生。及时了解学生的心理变化，掌握他们成长道路上的发展情况。
3、及时了解学情：
准确把握学生对知识的掌握，因材施教，在重点难点上下工夫，以促进全班成绩的平稳、扎实地上升。
4、家教结合：
经常保持与否学生家长联系，使学校教育和家庭教育有机地结合起来，本学期，力争把所有的家长走访一次，甚至多次。要不厌其烦的做好后进生的转化工作，抓两头，促中间，使全班形成一盘棋，真正成为一个团结向上的班集体。
5、培养班级干部：
及时召开班干部会议，针对他们在工作中出现的问题，教给他们工作方法，使他们明确自己的职责，指出他们的优缺点和今后努力工作的方向。同时，还要求他们注意班干部成员之间的合作，齐心协力，拧成一股绳，尽力在同学之间树立他们的威信，创造机会，锻炼和培养他们的能力。
6、重视关怀教育：
要关心学生的生活，及时和家长联系，体贴他们的冷暖，了解他们的心理，建立平等和谐的师生关系，做学生的知心朋友，以使班主任工作做的更好。
总之，只要我们心中是真诚地为孩子，为孩子的健康成长而付出，端正自己的工作态度，一切都为提升孩子生命状态为出发点，我相信，我的班主任工作能在不断的磨练中得到提升。通过一个学期的工作，我的班主任工作在校领导的关心与指导下，有所进步，也提高了!班级管理工作千头万绪，工作方法千差万别，让我在实践中去探索总结行之有效的方法经验，使班级管理工作的水平不断跃上新台阶。
