Throughout our lives, we are constantly evolving and growing, both physically and mentally. As we encounter new experiences and challenges, we have the opportunity to learn, adapt, and become better versions of ourselves. Looking back at my own journey, I can truly say that I have witnessed my own growth, and it has been a remarkable and fulfilling process.

我最大的竞争对手正在台上演讲着。他面带微笑，还不时做一些手势，说一些好玩又不失礼貌的话，惹得同学们都用赞许的目光看着他。而同学们每次对他的赞许，都像是在嘲笑我的无能一般，冰冷而刺骨。
我便在这煎熬中等到了一丝曙光。老师点了我的名字，并对我眉眼含笑以示鼓励。同学们的目光也纷纷投向我，里面有不信任，有不屑甚至我还感觉到了嘲讽。我不甘也愤怒着。凭什么我就不行！我不比他们差！我猛地松开手中的稿子，借桌子发力站起身来。想要迈步，却发现腿似山般沉重。我咬紧了牙，深吸口气，用不知从哪里来的气力，向前迈了一小步，然后再迈，再迈，再迈……正是这一小步，让我在瞬间有了成长。
站在台上，身体仍轻颤着，我不敢看同学们现在是怎样的目光。沉默了将近半分钟，班内落针可闻，我的不安也在一瞬间涨到了极点。想出声却不知从何开口，想起对手那完美的发挥，想起同学们不信任的目光，再想起老师的期许。刚才那股子气力又涌了上来。我深鞠了一躬，开始了我的演讲，那一刻，我知道了它的名字——勇气。
渐渐地，我沉浸在自己的世界里，甚至都没发觉到我的头在一点一点地抬高；我的嘴角在一点一点地上扬，直至一个完美的弧度。在最后的尾音落下的那一刻，我对上了一双饱含笑意的双眼，正是让我竞选的班主任。同时，漫天的如同潮水般的掌声向我袭来。看着同学们惊叹、赞许的目光，看着对手不敢相信的表情，我就知道，我成功了！而这一切都源于我那可贵的勇气一次又一次地给予我力量。
我再次深鞠一躬，走下台去，身体比以往轻松了许多。从此以后的每一次演讲我便变得自信大方，再没了紧张的机会，性格也随之慢慢改变。这一切都是因为我拥有了勇气。
