低年级学生，他们生活经验贫乏，语言积累不丰厚，写作方法没掌握，写话对他们来说遥不可及。致使许多学生到了三年级仍然连简单的话也写不完整，写不通顺。这样就叫他们写成篇的文章，无疑是一步登天，学生不抓耳挠腮，叫苦连天才怪呢!为此我十分注重对学生进行写话训练，如何指导多幅图看图写话，缩短与三年级作文教学的衔接，就成了本学期我的教研专题。
我准备从以下几方面开展研究工作：
1、指导看多幅图，训练学生的观察能力。
看图写话，看图是基础，但是低年级学生还缺乏观察能力，特别是多幅图连起来看，学生观察事物无目的、无顺序，这就要求教师要在指导看图上下功夫。让学生掌握看图的方法，通过仔细看图，判断事物发生的时间、地点、了解画面所反映的主要内容。
2、边看边想，培养学生的想象能力。
看图写话虽然是从训练学生的观察能力入手，但它的目的之一还在于培养学生的想象能力。有的学生在观察后，还是把作文写得很平淡，其原因就是没有发挥想象力的作用，只是就物写物，就事论事。为了培养学生的想象能力，我重视了xxx想xxx这一环节。
xxx想xxx，一是指老师提出的问题怎样回答;二是指想象。想象是重点，老师提出的问题，给学生提供了思维的支点，学生借助老师提出的问题进行观察想象，理解图画内容，启迪开拓学生的思维。
3、大胆表达，培养学生表达能力
低年级学生好奇、天真，求知欲强，善于模仿，好提问题，喜爱表达，思维形象具体，但表达起来缺乏条理性和连贯性，说起话来常是前言不达后语或重复罗唆，有时带有语玻在教学过程中，我注意了以下三点：一是要求说得有头有尾，要遵循一定顺序;二是要有基本内容，不要丢掉重点;三是鼓励在语言表达上有独到之外的学生，表扬他们说得细，说得好。
4、动笔写一写，发展思维能力
(1)、写完整
低年级写话是为高年级写作打基础的。因此，在低年级的写话训练中，就要教学生把握住时间、地点、事情的起因、经过、结果，把话写完整。
(2)、写具体
学生到了二年级，已经具备了写完整话的能力，其观察、想象能力都有了发展提高。这时，就要在写具体上下功夫，指导学生重点写事物的主要情节，写与主要情节有关的人物动作、语言、神态、心理活动等，要抓住细节判断人物可能说什么，有什么心理活动，人与人之间有怎样的联系，使画面上的人物活起来。
5、引导学生课外阅读，为写话打基础。

5、英语口语秀
对象:三—六年级学生
人数:三、四年级每班3人，五、六年级每班4人。
形式:三-——四年级:简短的自我介绍和歌唱(可以选取书本的、也可以选取课外的歌曲)
五--六年级:自我介绍和美文朗诵
