蛋-早餐的主食
这是早餐的第二道菜,通常为两个蛋,随着烹煮方法之不同,可以分为:
fried eggs 煎蛋(只煎一面的'荷包蛋称为sunny-side up,两面煎半熟叫over easy,两面全熟的叫over hard或over well-done)。
