凤集小学月常规检查小结
本月是开学的第一个月，在学校教导处的组织下，以市两项督导评估为契机，对老师们的教学计划，教案及及作业进行了全面的检查。检查采用了教研组长全面检查和教导处抽查相结合的方式进行。现将检查情况总结如下：
一、教学计划检查情况
开学第二周，由教导处和教研组共同对教师们的所教学科计划进行了详细的检进。通过检查，发现大部分教师能按要求制定本学科的教学计划，计划详细，计划中有学生的学情分析、教材分析、教学内容、教学要求及任务、教学重点难点分析、教学主要措施和教学进度安排等内容，龙为突出值得学习的有曹静老师的数学第十二册计划，谢询老师的四六年级音乐计划，陈彩明老师四年级语文教学计划等。
不足与建议：少数老师教学目标分析不到位，缺少教材分析，教学重点难点不突出，检查后由教研组长督促其进行修改和完善后再上交。
二、教案检查情况
本月教案检查的侧重点是二次备课，教研组全面检查了各学科的教案，整体情况良好。大部分教师能分课时备课，做到教案环节完整，教学目标明确，重点难点突出，教学准备充分，教学过程详细，能及时进行二次备课，认真撰写教学后记。其中谭艳、李艳艳、叶惠清、廖芳、易彦、谭莹、廖晶、谭玲教学后记超过10篇，杨声华、张禁辉老师二次备课、课后记详细。
存在的问题及建议：少数老师的二次备课不够到位，建议及时进行二次备课，把自己教学中的点滴体会、闪光之处、不足之处及时记录下来，不断促进自己专业素养的提高。
三、作业检查
教师们能按上级文件精神，做到作业量适中，能按要求及时批阅，督促学生及时更正。同年级教师能共同商讨作业的布置，注重作业的实效性。数学组教师作业注重了作业的搭配，形式多样，值得推广。语文组的作文有眉批，有尾批，批阅认真细致。英语组注重学生听写能力的培养，作业量充足。
存在的问题及建议：少数教师的作业次数还应跟进，应进一步加强书写的工整性。三年级数学代课教师的作业格式有待提高和改进。

这是本学期我第一次没完成英语作业，我心里很惭愧。造成这个严重的结果我心里很不是滋味。
昨天下午，我在抄作业的时候粗心大意，东张西望，心不在焉，以致于自己抄漏了一项，况且又没有和同学对作业，才造成了这个严重的后果。

昨天的事情我感到很惭愧，我不应该把生物练习册借给xx。我当时并没有想这么多，并没有想欺骗老师，我只是想帮一帮我的好朋友，所以才会把生物练习册借给了她。事后，当在快要放学的时候，xx借给xx的生物练习册的谎言被拆穿了。我心虚的要命，不敢看老师的眼睛，生怕老师把我和xx的谎言也被拆穿，这时候，我想到了“不做亏心事，不怕鬼上门”这一说法。可是世界上没有卖后悔药的，借生物练习册的事是事实。
我到希望是在做梦、是幻觉、是发烧后的胡言乱语，希望这不是真的。当老师您说要把xx他们几个留下的时候。我松了一口气，怀着一种侥幸的心理走出了教室，但还是心虚的要命。
