1、音标。学习英语，音标是基础，而音标的学习关键在于老师，所以教师本身就要掌握好正确的发音。通过这次培训我重新学习了48个国际音标，王静老师的耐心教读，进行面对面的指导、纠正，让我又重新将音标洗礼了一遍，而且将自己之前的一些小错误都给纠正了过来。
2、语音语调。以前认为教小学英语就是教会几个单词就可以了，其实不然，因为小学生有着超强的模仿能力，所以从小就应该注重语音语调，这对他们以后的学习是十分有利的。教会小学生优美的语音语调，重在教师自身，自己必须要有一口漂亮的语音语调。我的语调总是比较平，读起来没什么感觉，对于什么是音节和如何划分音节更是知之甚少，更不用说教给学生的了，经过本次培训与训练，自我感觉在这方面提高了不少。特别是语调、连续和爆破，在语调方面注意升降调的运用，它不只运用在朗读句子时，在我们的单词学习中也经常用到，用升降调进行单词学习更容易调动学生的学习兴趣；连续和爆破更是英语语言学习中最常见的现象，以前自己对连读和爆破的规则掌握不透彻，根本不知道哪些该连读，哪些不该连读，对失去爆破和不完全爆破一无所知，一直在教学中不敢连读。培训的最后一天下午我们进行了学习检测，对我们这几天的学习情况进行了摸底考查，考试形式是口试，我们都认真准备，力争考出好的成绩。
3、语言的实践性很强，如果只学而不用，就永远也学不好。我们学语言的目的就是为了应用，要学会在用中学习，这样才能达到好的学习效果。
