一、品德素质修养及职业道德
通过报纸,书籍,杂志的不断学习使自己爱岗敬业,具有强烈的责任感和事业心,工作态度端正,认真负责,加强专业知识的学习,使自己不断的充电,这是销售珠宝信心的源泉。
二、工作质量成绩,效益和贡献
保质保量的完成工作,工作效率高,同时在工作中学习了很多东西,也锻炼了自己,经过不懈的努力,使自己的工作业绩有了长足的提高。
三、工作中的经验
销售是一门艺术,作为珠宝销售员,要讲求语言的技巧,让顾客买到满意的珠宝应该时刻考虑的几个方面;
1、认真的接待顾客,做到三米问好,一米询问,微笑服务是关键,人为的制造一个轻松愉快的购物环境。
2、充分展示珠宝饰品,由于多数顾客对珠宝知识缺乏了解,因此对珠宝首饰的展示十分重要,顾客对珠宝首饰的了解越多购买后的满足感越强烈,常言道;“满意!”是顾客的广告。
3、促进成交,由于珠宝首饰价值相对较高,因此,顾客在最后成交前压力重重,所以要营业员采取分心的方法减轻顾客的压力。
4、熟悉珠宝的佩戴,保养,使用,产地,质量。
5、售后服务,当顾客购买后营业员的工作并没有结束,应该详细介绍佩戴与保养知识,最后说一些祝福的话是顾客的心情愉悦。增进与顾客的感情,期待二次消费的发生。
四、工作中的不足和努力方向
总结一年来的工作,尽管有不小的进步,但还是有很多改进与不足的地方。比如,对珠宝首饰的了解还不够,还要加强学习,自己的销售技巧还应该提高,也需要学习这方面的知识,借鉴他人成功的经验很重要。有时候销售不好思想就消极,这是要不得的,消极思想是销售的敌人。
对销售失败后的总结不够,每一次销售失败都有它的原因,比如对顾客推荐的珠宝是否符合顾客的需要,对顾客的态度是否生硬造成顾客的不满意。对顾客是否充分的展示了珠宝首饰?等等这些都需要想一想。作为一个柜长,就像一个带兵打仗的班长,冲在第一线影响,感染成员很重要,作为柜长首先要起到表率,模范带头作用,一个柜台就是一个集体,充分的团结才能释放能量。互相学习,互相进步。
