二、注重学生英语学习兴趣的培养
要想学好英语，兴趣是至关重要的。所以培养学生对英语的兴趣是组织英语兴趣小组的首要任务。在本学期的英语兴趣活动中，我大胆使用课外教材，以新的切入点进行英语教育，并运用学生喜欢的方式进行授课，例如用英语演情景剧、唱英文歌、英语小游戏等等。使学生感觉到学习英语是一件好玩又有趣的事，从而对英语产生了浓厚的兴趣。
三、注重学生英语口语的培养
英语还是一门语言课，因此能说会说才是真正的重点，因此我将课堂中的大部分时间用在与学生进行口语交际上。主要通过学生跟读、师生对话、学生相互情景对话的方式增加学生的口语锻炼，纠正学生的发音，使学生真正领悟英语的精髓，而不是单纯的学“哑巴英语”。
四、注重学生实践与合作意识的培养

本次活动由外国语学院团委、大学英语教研室主办，外国语学院学生会和英语爱好者协会承办，活动于xx年4月11日18：30在A10阶梯教室成功举办。颁奖活动于4月16号下午举行。
参加本次大赛的领导及嘉宾有外国语学院蒋元涛院长、徐祥莹老师、褚静静老师、王宁老师，以及其他七个学院的教师代表；评委组由来自各个学院的学生会主席或副主席组成，专业评委组由大学英语教研室主任黄甘雨老师、外教Jaime、大学英语教研室阚丽郦老师组成。
本次大学生英语才艺大赛参赛范围为全体在校生，参赛形式为歌曲、演讲、朗诵、话剧或小品等，参加本次大学生英语才艺大赛的选手来自8个学院，选手们在舞台上都充分展示了各自在英语方面的才艺。其中外国语学院的学生会以极其幽默的方式给现场的观众再现了一段《灰姑娘》的话剧表演，博得现场观众的阵阵掌声。
