Last weekend, I went to the Great Wall with my family. It was my first time visiting the Great Wall, so I was extremely excited. We left at 8 o'clock in the morning and took a bus to our destination. When we arrived, I was amazed by the magnificent architecture of the Great Wall. I saw crowds of tourists on the wall, and some people were climbing up. We decided to start from the east gate and walk all the way to the west gate. The journey was tough, but the scenery was breathtaking. I felt proud of myself for successfully climbing the steep slopes of the Great Wall. At the peak, I could see the distant mountains and beautiful landscapes. This trip to the Great Wall was one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation. We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and windy that day.
