Title: The Employment Rate of Postgraduates in China

Introduction:

In recent years, the number of postgraduates in China has been increasing rapidly. However, there is growing concern about their employment prospects. This essay aims to analyze and interpret the employment rate of postgraduates in China based on a chart.

Analysis:

According to the chart, the employment rate of postgraduates in China has experienced fluctuations from 2010 to 2019. In 2010, the employment rate stood at around 85%, but it dropped to approximately 80% in 2012. Subsequently, it gradually increased and reached its peak in 2015 at approximately 88%. However, the rate declined again in the following years, hitting its lowest point in 2019 at around 75%.

Several factors contribute to these fluctuations. Firstly, the rapid expansion of postgraduate education in China has led to an oversupply of graduates in certain fields, making it more challenging for them to secure employment. Secondly, the economic downturn in recent years has resulted in a decrease in job opportunities, particularly in industries that traditionally hire postgraduates, such as finance and manufacturing. Lastly, the lack of practical skills and work experience among postgraduates is also a significant factor hindering their employment prospects.

Recommendations:

To improve the employment rate of postgraduates, several measures can be taken. Firstly, universities and colleges should focus on enhancing students' practical skills through internships, part-time jobs, and industry collaborations. This can provide them with valuable work experience and make them more competitive in the job market. Secondly, the government should invest more in industries that have high demands for postgraduates, such as technology and innovation sectors. This can create more job opportunities for postgraduates and help match their skills with market needs. Lastly, career guidance and counseling services should be strengthened to provide postgraduates with comprehensive support in their job search, including resume writing, interview skills, and networking opportunities.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, the employment rate of postgraduates in China has fluctuated over the past decade. The oversupply of graduates, economic downturn, and lack of practical skills are the primary factors contributing to these fluctuations. However, by focusing on improving practical skills, investing in high-demand industries, and strengthening career guidance services, the employment prospects for postgraduates can be enhanced.

Title: The Relationship Between Postgraduate Education and Salary in China

Introduction:

Postgraduate education is often considered a pathway to higher salaries and better career prospects. This essay aims to explore the relationship between postgraduate education and salary in China based on a chart.

Analysis:

According to the chart, the average salary of postgraduates in China has been steadily increasing from 2010 to 2019. In 2010, the average salary stood at approximately 6,000 RMB per month. It then experienced a gradual increase and reached its peak in 2017 at around 10,000 RMB per month. However, there was a slight decline in 2018 and 2019, with the average salary dropping to around 9,000 RMB per month.

The increase in average salary can be attributed to several factors. Firstly, postgraduates are often equipped with specialized knowledge and skills, making them more valuable in the job market. This increased demand for their expertise leads to higher salaries. Secondly, the expansion of the Chinese economy and the emergence of new industries have created more job opportunities for postgraduates, resulting in increased competition among employers and higher wages. Lastly, the continuous investment in research and development by both the government and private enterprises has created a demand for postgraduates who can contribute to innovation and technological advancements.

However, it is important to note that the relationship between postgraduate education and salary is not solely determined by academic qualifications. Factors such as work experience, industry demand, and individual performance also play significant roles. Therefore, while postgraduate education can provide a competitive advantage in salary negotiation, it is not a guarantee of high wages.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, the average salary of postgraduates in China has been steadily increasing over the past decade. This can be attributed to their specialized knowledge, increased job opportunities, and the demand for innovation. However, other factors such as work experience and individual performance also influence salary levels. Therefore, while postgraduate education can positively impact salary, it is not the sole determinant.

由于没有年代变化,所以体现的是不同的比例

第一段第一句总说:As is clearly demonstrated in the pie graph above,(1)there were different factors/purposes that college students would consider when they were travelling.

第二段第一句过渡:From my point of view, the following factors may account for the above situation.

2015 饼状图 春节花销

As is clearly demonstrated in the pie graph above, there are different factors that citizens would consider when spend their money during the Spring Festival.

(首句第二种写法...different proportions of the money that consumers spend on three main aspects and some others )

简单版本的饼状图模板To be more specific, among these categories, ( buying Spring Festival gifts )was the largest proportion which was 40%. (the expense of transportation),(parties and dinners ) and(others) accounted for 20%

respectively.

From my point of view, the following factors may account for the above situation. Firstly, it is due to a long-established social

tradition of visiting relatives and friends that most citizens spend the most money on giving gifts. Secondly some people would like to communicate with friends and relatives ,which gives rise to the fact that they spend more money on parties and dinners. Lastly,Jack Ma has said ,”Never should we ignore the importance of our parents no matter where we go.” Thus, nearly everyone will return home by

various transportation.

第三段第一句结论:Based on what has been argued, it is of no difficulty for us to draw a conclusion that the phenomenon represented in the graph is really true for Chinese citizens.

2014 城市乡村人口变化As is clearly demonstrated in the pie graph above, there were obvious changes in the number of civil and urban population in china during 20 be more specific, the number of rural population in China decreased slightly from834 million in 1990 to 674 in the contrary, there was an obvious upward trend of the number of urban population from 300 million in 2013 million to 1990 million in 2010.

From my point of view, the following factors may account for the above situation. Firstly,it was due to the the advancement and development of the health care and education that more rural people came to big cities. Secondly ,the government advocated building big cities ,which gave rise to the fact that more people came to metropolises. Lastly, Jack Ma has said,“Never should we ignore the importance of geographical advantage no matter what we do.”Thus , more people went to big cities.

第三段第一句Based on what has been argued, it is of no difficulty for us to draw a conclusion that the phenomenon represented in the graph is really reasonable and positive for Chinese citizens.

第二句建议: What can be suggested is that average people should center on this population change.

第三句展望: Unless current conditions go through enormous changes, this trend is projected to continue for next several years.

2013As is demonstrated in the bar graph above, there are different proportions of the students who have a part-time job in a college. To be more specific, among these categories, ( the senior students ) are the largest proportion which is . (The junior students),(the sophomore ) and( the freshman) account for and respectively.

From my point of view, the following factors may account for the above situation. Firstly,it is because the senior students needed working experience to hunt for a ideal job that most of them have part-time jobs. Secondly, the senior students want to broaden their horizon , which gives rise to the fact that they are eager to find some part-time jobs. Lastly, Jack Ma has said ,“ Never should we ignore the significance of internship no matter what we do. ”

第三段第一句Based on what has been argued, it is of no difficulty for us to draw a conclusion that the phenomenon represented in the graph is really reasonable and positive for College students. 第二句建议: What can be suggested is that parents and colleges should center on this phenomenon.第三句展望: Unless current conditions go through enormous changes, this trend is projected to continue for next several years.

2012As is demonstrated in the bar graph above, there are different proportions in the employees’ satisfaction with their company from 3 periods of age.( there are different proportions of employees who have difficult attitudes towards their company.) To be more specific, among the categories, employees aged from 41 to 50 who are dissatisfied with the company is the largest percentage which is 64% . employees under 40 years old and above 50 who are disappointed account for and 10%.

From my point of view, the following factors may account for the above situation. Firstly,it is because employees with the age between 41 and 50 have more family burden that most of them want higher salary . Secondly, most employees over the age of 50 have been on a higher position , which gives rise to the fact that more of them are satisfied with the current situation. Lastly, Jack Ma has said ,“ Never should we ignore the significance of young employees’ need no matter what we do. ”

第三段第一句Based on what has been argued, it is of no difficulty for us to draw a conclusion that the phenomenon represented in the graph is really unreasonable and negative for the company. 第二句建议: What can be suggested is that the head of the company should center on this phenomenon.第三句展望: Unless current conditions go through enormous changes, this trend is projected to continue for next several years.

2011As is demonstrated in the bar graph above, there were obvious changes in the proportion /sale of three kinds of car brands in China from 2008 to 2009. To be more specific, the proportion of Chinese auto brands increased dramatically from about 25% in 2008 to approximate 33% in 2009. On the contrary, there was a downward trend in the sale of Japanese auto brands from around 35% in 2008 to about 25% in 2009. The percentage of American car brands remained stable during the same period.

From my point of view, the following factors may account for the above situation. Firstly,it is because Chinese auto-making technology and Chinese brands auto corporation have advanced and flourished recently that the sale of Chinese brands jumped rapidly. ( An increasing number of consumers choose cars such as Chery and BYD.)In addition, some Japanese auto companies propagate their cars in an exaggerated way , which contributes to the fact that growing consumers in China discard/abandon brands like Toyota and , President (具体人名) has advocated: “ Never should we ignore national brands wherever we go.”These words strike a deeper chord in the hearts of the people. (Such Chinese corporation as BYD designs their brand with innovation using Chinese character 唐 , which arises much interest of Chinese consumers.)

Based on what has been argued it is of no difficulty for us to draw a conclusion that the phenomenon represented in the graph is really/clearly reasonable and positive for Chinese car brands. It is advisable for Japanese car brands to reflect on their undesirable behaviors in order to turn the table in the competition. Unless current conditions go through enormous changes, this trend is projected to continue for next several years.

As is seen from the two graphs,it is clear that with the rapid growth of from 1800 to 1990,the number of its wildlife species no longer existing soared during the same can draw the conclusion that the sharp decline of wildlife species resulted

from the population growth.

Several reasons may account for this begin with,as the population grows, people consume much more natural the increase of human activities, modern people take up more and more space which exerts a great influence on other problem of pollution becomes more and more serious with the development of modern and more animals have to adapt themselves to the decaying environment or move to a totally different place, but not all of them are fortunate enough to survive the changes.

Solving this problem calls for, above all,the government’s efforts to control population growth,to decrease industrial pollution and to enhance the laws to forbid wildlife citizens should be aware of this ecological crisis and take on the responsibility of wildlife a word, only when the government and the common people make joint efforts can we hope to find a satisfactory solution to this problem.

From these graphs,we can draw a conclusion that, with the growth of human population, the number of species has decreased rapidly in America, and some species have even vanished from our planet.

There are numerous reasons accounting for the phenomenon and I would like to explore a few of the most important ones all,as the human population grows rapidly,a growing number of people came to live where some wild species have been these species have to move to other of them probably can not adapt to the new environment and addition, although many people look on the wildlife as their friends, some people may not think catch a lot of wild animals and sell them in order to get more natural balance and the ecologic environment are clear cutting has become increasingly some of the wildlife become homeless and extinct.

In order to protect the wildlife,I have some governments should make laws to prevent them from being caught and governments should educate people to love nature and protect for ourselves,we should take practical actions to protect our living environment.
