PEP五年级英语上册教案及反思
一.指导思想
全面贯彻“三个面向”战略指导思想，渗透和灌输可持续发展的战略思想。以素质教育为根本宗旨，以培养创新精神和实践能力为重点，充分发挥学生的潜能，提高学生的全面素质和自学能力。
二．学情分析
五年级有二个班，每班学生数均在50以内。学生已学过两年的英语，具备了一定的听、说、读、写英语的能力。但由于学生学业成绩两极分化严重，加之教材难度偏大，教学目标的达成难度比较大。因此，本学期应加大后进生转化的力度，因材施教，分层教学，激发学生的学习兴趣。智力因素非智力因素方面，智力好非智力好的学生占少数，智力好非智力不好和智力不好非智力好的学生占多数，二者均不好的占极少数。由此可见，绝大部分学生都是可塑之才，只要教法得当，学业成绩可以
三．教材分析
五年级上册学生用书Let’slearn部分的词汇仍然是围绕话题归类出现的。这样有利于学生记忆和开展话题的讨论。本册Let’slearn中的大部分词汇要求学生做到听、说、读、写四会掌握（即加粗的'单词）。用来巩固复习词汇的活动主要是结对和小组活动，以及启发学生主动思考的活动。
Let’stalk部分依旧是一个浓缩了的情景会话，目标句型突出。为给学生提供灵活运用语言的机会，这一部分提供了可供替换的内容。

分组让第一排的学生按照这样的句型格式，以小组为单位传话。（设计理念：不但激发学生学习英语的兴趣，巩固学习的句型。）

四．课后反思
整堂课我坚持让学生体验各种语言活动，在活动中不断丰富学生的内心感受，促进语言的学习。通过这节课的教学，我有一下几点体会：
1、课程标准指出，教学要面向全体学生，以学生为本，特别强调要关注每一个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。这节课充分考虑到学生的心理特点和兴趣爱好，利用课件中的歌曲、游戏来激发学生的学习热情，调动了学生的学习积极性。
2、体现了以学生为主体的理念，采用多种教学方式，让学生在操练与应用的过程中活跃思维、展现个性。学生都非常喜爱这些活动，他们在参与活动的过程中也体验到了学英语的快乐。
3、注重学生的个体差异性，分配任务因人而异。操练形式灵活多样，从整体到个体，层层铺开。从教师输入到学生输出中间一个有效的环节，那就是操练。有师生互动、生生互动。
4、合作、探究的学习方式，提高学生主动参与学习的过程。课堂中没有教师生硬的讲解与演示，而是让学生在组内讨论交流，在动手动口中体会和掌握知识。学生真正成为学习的主人，而教师则是学生活动的组织者、引导者与合作者。
这节课中与学生的互动非常好，学生也比较活跃，本节课的知识掌握的也比较全面，但是没有给学生扩展的空间和时间，没有让他们把这课学到的知识真正的运用到实际的生活中。在往后的教学当中一定要注意这方面的练习！
